- 8+ years successful track record for selling SaaS supply chain solutions to new logos.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with clients in South Africa
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Domain experience in either retail, ecommerce enabled manufacturers, transportation & logistics, or CPG manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing pre-sales resources.
- Proven experience coordinating with BDRs and marketing.
- Proven track record of managing complex RFP sales processes.
- Understanding of the Digital Logistics Market.
- Experience in interfacing from the Director level to "C" level clients.
- Experience with a consultative sales model.
| Key Responsibilities |
- Manage the entire sales process from start to close.
- Foster a highly consultative selling approach predicated on knowledge of the prospect’s requirements.
- Leverage a deep understanding points of differentiation and create account win strategies that directly map to each prospect’s specific requirements.
- Successfully build a 3-4x pipeline through your personal prospecting effort, combined with strong internal coordination with a world-class BDR and marketing team.
- Fearlessly penetrate new target markets while successfully penetrating established target markets.
